§ 74-181. Classes of building sewer permits; application for permit.

(a)

There shall be two classes of building sewer permits as follows:

(1)

For residential, institutional and commercial service.

(2)

For service to establishments producing industrial wastes.

(b)

For either class of permit, the property owner or his agent shall make application on a form furnished by the town. The permit application shall be supplemented by any plans, specifications or other information considered pertinent in the judgment of the town manager.
