§ 74-147. Sewer fees.

(a)

Fees payable to the town for the use of the town's sewer system and for issuance of sewer connection permits shall be as from time to time prescribed by the town council in a sewer fee schedule which shall be maintained on file in the office of the town clerk.

(b)

The minimum fees for sewer use and connections within the town shall be set each year at budget session.
