§ 74-77. Payment of bills monthly; penalty for delinquent payment and cut off of water.

(a)

All water bills shall be paid monthly at the office of the town treasurer, within 30 days from the date of the billing invoice. On all bills not paid when due, penalty and interest will be added pursuant to section 2-207.

(b)

The town treasurer shall notify residents of delinquent bills. If the bill is not paid within ten days of the notice sent, utility service will be discontinued.
