§ 74-74. Water rates.

(a)

Within town. The water rates within the corporate town limits shall be set at each year's budget session and may be amended as provided by law.

(b)

Outside town. All water rates beyond the corporate town limits shall be set at each year's budget session and may be amended as provided by law.
