Article I. IN GENERAL |
§ 58-11. Porches, balconies, steps and bay windows.

It shall be unlawful for any person to build any balcony, bay window, shed, building or any part thereof to extend beyond the building line of any street in the town, provided that this section shall not be construed to prohibit the construction of a balcony not less than ten feet above the sidewalk and the placing of an awning not less than 7½ feet above such sidewalk.
