§ 54-50. Noncollectible refuse.

Items of refuse which are prohibited to be deposited at the county landfill shall not be subject to collection. Some of such items are hazardous substances such as poisons and explosives, dead animals and parts thereof, and tree trimmings more than three inches in diameter or more than eight feet in length.
