§ 50-359. Sidewalks.

(a)

When required by the town for a subdivision, sidewalks with a minimum width of four feet shall be installed on both sides of all streets within the subdivision and the side of each street touching the subdivision, except that no sidewalks shall be required along service streets.

(b)

All sidewalks shall be installed in accordance with this article and other town regulations.
