§ 50-354. Utility easements.

(a)

Easements with a minimum width of 20 feet shall be provided in a subdivision for poles, wires, conduits, storm and sanitary sewers, gas, water mains and/or other utility lines intended to service the abutting lots. No structures or trees shall be placed within such easements.

(b)

To the fullest extent possible, easements shall be centered on or adjacent to rear or side lot lines.

(c)

Easements shall be in accordance with requirements of appropriate utility companies.
