Article II. INCHOATE OFFENSES |
§ 42-26. Attempts; aiding and abetting.
(a)
Every person who attempts to commit an offense which is a misdemeanor shall be punished by the same punishment prescribed for the offense, the commission of which was the object of the attempt.
(b)
It shall be unlawful for any person to aid or abet another in the commission or attempted commission of an offense which is a misdemeanor.
(c)
It shall be unlawful for any person to attempt to avoid the doing of any act, the avoidance of which is a misdemeanor.
(d)
It shall be unlawful for any person to aid or abet another in the avoidance or attempted avoidance of any act, the avoidance of which is a misdemeanor.
