§ 34-63. Violations; penalty.

(a)

Any person who violates any section of this article shall be punished as provided in section 1-9.

(b)

The town council may institute a suit in the circuit court of the county or in any other court of competent jurisdiction to restrain, enjoin or otherwise prevent a violation of this article.
