The most current edition, as amended, of a certain document, one copy of which is
on file in the office of the mayor, being marked and designated as the "Virginia Statewide
Fire Prevention Code," as published by the state board of housing and community development,
is hereby adopted as the fire prevention code of the town for the control of buildings
and structures as provided in this article. Each and all of the regulations, provisions,
penalties, conditions and terms of such code are hereby referred to, adopted and made
a part of this article, as if set out in this article.
