§ 1-14. Town seal.

(a)

The town seal shall be a corded circle within which shall be a dotted circle, and between these circles and conforming to the arcs thereof shall be the words "THE TOWN OF SHENANDOAH, VA." Within the center of the inner circle and on a horizontal plane shall be "FEB. 12," above which and following a slight upward bow shall be the word "CHARTERED." Under "FEB. 12" and following a slight downward bow shall be the date "1884."

(b)

The town clerk shall be custodian of the town seal.
