§ 10-2. Certain animals and fowl prohibited.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to keep any horse, mule, donkey, pony, cattle, swine, chicken, duck, turkey, goat or sheep in the town.

(b)

Subsection (a) of this section shall not apply to the owner of any such animal or fowl who lawfully had such animal or fowl in the town on or before May 28, 1974. However, if such animal or fowl is not maintained within the town for a period of 30 days, this section shall also be applicable to such owner.
